The customer must have full legal capacity to enter into contractual relationships and be over 18 years of age.
Any registration using third-party data may result in the crime of false identity and fraud, as per the Penal Code.
The customer must fill out the registration with all requested data, and if the information is untrue, incorrect, or not confirmed, Mombora reserves the right to prevent the completion of the registration until the situation is rectified.
Once the registration is complete, the customer is entitled to make purchases of products by entering their login and password.

Product Delivery
Mombora will inform the deadline and cost for product delivery, which may vary depending on product availability and the delivery region.
Product delivery can be made via a third-party courier hired by Mombora, mail, or by contracted carrier. If the customer chooses to pick up the product at Mombora's physical address, the pickup address will be Rua Capote Valente, 275.
In case of unsuccessful delivery due to refusal, incorrect address, or customer absence, communication with the customer will be done via email.
Customer Responsibility

Promotional and Discount Codes
